Please follow the below rules during all interactions with Callista's Bag Collective, LLC:

Once you commit to selling us a bag, you cannot regain ownership of the item.
Please be patient when contacting us. We promise to get back to you as soon as we can.
Not all of our bags will be high-end designers. We want to create a space that includes all bags from a wide variety of prices and styles. Please respect this decision.
Treat us with common human respect during all transactions and communications.
Understand that we are not directly affiliated with any of the brands that we offer for resale or purchase.
Please follow our return or refund policy.
Any serious threats to us will be promptly reported to our legal team.

Return and Refund Policy

Did your item not reasonably meet your expectations? Let us know.

Return/Refund policy:

You have 30 days to return your item from the day of purchase.
The item must be exactly like it was when we sent it to you. If there are any additional stains, tears, scratches, etc., we will not accept a return.
Valid reasons for return: received as a gift, does not suit you as expected, functional issues. We do our best to capture all pre-existing issues when we post new bags. If you try to return a bag for having a small stain that was noted in the photos of the product, we will not accept a return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a refund to your original method of payment.
Any attempt to return an item after 30 days will be denied.
